So Easter is a little weird this year right? We have definitely been getting used to this strange period and coming to terms with the fact that Easter and the start of the gardening season will not be something any of us are very used to at all. While we all cope with this in different ways one thing that is unanimously agreed upon is getting outside and enjoying the fresh air and your outside spaces are a must!

For the time being it seems that many of us are restricted to our gardens and while that could be seen as disappointing for many of you we ask you, surely you should make the most of your garden? Lets start enjoying the things we can do with the space we have.

In this piece we propose that you do Easter a littler differently this year and here is one way that you can do just that!

Prep

In a time when everything seems a little up in the air it's a good a time as any to stick to traditions. For us that's a Sunday roast and even more so on Easter Sunday, this time with a twist.

This Easter were prepping our meat on one of our Kamado Joe Ceramic Grills. Trust us, once you've done it once you won't go back. Here we have the Classic Joe II, it isn’t just an ideal way to slow- roast, smoke and sear or cook delicious meats, charred vegetables and crispy pizzas, it’s also a great way to relax and socialise with friends and family.

Let the Magic Happen

The beauty of cooking on a Kamado Joe Ceramic Grill is that it does all the hard work for you. Hopefully you've remembered to get those embers burning nice and hot the evening before and then leave over night. Using innovative technology the Kamado range maintains selected temperatures and cooks to perfection. If your not convince, take a look at the results.

Now that your salivating, you can whip up the other essentials for your 'traditional' roast. This really is a game-changer.

Enjoy with the family

As a family run business it really is not hard to guess that we see spending time with your family a must. While times are a little tough at the moment this really is true now more than ever. We hope that this weekend you are able to spend time with loved ones in your home and cooking on a Kamado Joe really does lend itself to that. Let your Joe do all the work while you can spend time with the people who matter. The fact that you get beautiful succulent meat thrown in is a bonus.
