What time should I arrive?

We do everything we can to ensure there are minimum queues when entering Santa’s Wonderland. We advice you to arrive at the garden centre with plenty of time, enabling you to make your way over to the wonderland entrance 10 minutes before your booked slot. Please note that there will be no waiting room this year and you will only be able to enter at your designated time slot.

Is Santa’s Wonderland accessible for everyone?

We absolutely want everyone to be able to experience our Santa’s Christmas Wonderland and to feel as comfortable as possible. The Wonderland is wheelchair accessible however if you do have any questions in addition to this then please do get in contact. Please be advised there are some ramps used in the attraction.

Why is there a limit to how many children I can book in one session?

Our experience will include elements of a show and workshop so therefore we have to limit the number of children and adults allowed at any one time.

What is your refund policy?

As per our terms and conditions we unfortunately, are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you cannot attend you are able to pass your tickets to a friend or family member. If you do sell your tickets, you will not need to change the name on the tickets, please just ensure the attendee has a digital or physical copy.  Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for sickness.

Can you explain why the SEND Sessions are at the times they are and how do they work?

We introduced the SEND sessions so that families with children or young adults can enjoy the experience we offer without the often intimidating surroundings that come with Christmas. The SEND sessions are halved in size to our regular sessions and the music is turned down with some display lights turned off too for brightness.

We also appreciate that the times and days of the week might not be suitable for some families, we have chosen the times based on what our customers have enjoyed previously and also when we have approached various members of the community. To place a SEND session at busier, more peak times of the day feels counterintuitive when the event takes place within the wider context of a busy garden centre at a peak Christmas shopping time.

We appreciate that this won't work for many families but it also does work and has done for many other families, at this present time we are not able to offer a solution for everyone but will keep looking at alternatives.
