How do I get there?
By Car: Our address is Chessington Garden Centre, Leatherhead Rd, Chessington KT9 2NG (Free to park)
By Train: Nearest stations is Chessington South (21 mins walk)
By Bus: Number 71 or 465
What time should I arrive?
We do everything we can to ensure there are minimum queues when entering the Wonderland. We do advise to try and arrive at the Garden Centre with plenty of time (nobody likes to be rushing) and make your way over to the Wonderland entrance 10 minutes before your booked slot.
Is Santa’s Wonderland accessible for everyone?
We want everyone to come and feel comfortable in our Wonderland Experience. The Wonderland is wheelchair accessible however if you do have any questions in addition to this then please do get in contact. Please be advised there are some ramps used in the attraction. We are also offering SEND sessions this year which can be booked via the main booking page, details of these sessions can also be found there.
What should I do if I can’t find my e-ticket?
If you cannot find your confirmation email then please do contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will always endeavour to resend the confirmation email as soon as possible.
How long does the experience last
We would usually estimate that the experience lasts anywhere between 25 - 45 minutes depending on how quickly your children are in a rush to see Father Christmas.
Is the Virtual Reality Sleigh Ride running this year?
We will be running the Virtual Reality Sleigh Ride this year and you will need to purchase tickets separately. Please note that the sleigh ride last 5 minutes and bear this in mind when purchasing tickets for the walkthrough and the VR ride.
Why are my presents not wrapped this year?
In a slight change from previous Winter Wonderlands here at Chessington Garden Centre we have decided that the present from Santa will not be wrapped but instead allow your child to select a toy from our Toy Factory. We are currently working on the factory at the moment and can’t wait for you to step inside.
I’m running late, what should I do?
If you are running late we will do everything we can to fit you in an available slot upon your arrival. Due to limited capacity this year this may not always be possible and we do ask you do everything you can to arrive on time to ensure the best experience for yourself and others.
How do I make group bookings?
If you are booking for a group of 20 or more then please contact us at email@example.com and we will see what we can do. Please note that due to social distancing you will be required to split into smaller groups as you enter the store and enter the Grotto.
Can I get a refund on my tickets?
As per our terms and conditions we unfortunately, are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you cannot attend you are able to pass your tickets to a friend or family member. If you do sell your tickets, you will not need to change the name on the tickets, please just ensure the attendee has a digital or physical copy.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for sickness. We will be keeping a close eye on government regulations and will adapt accordingly.
