We are situated on the A243, approximately 2 miles from Junction 9 on the M25 or 2 miles from the Hook Junction on the A3.

Yes, we have large car parks with designated disabled and family spaces adjacent to the main building. This is free for all store visitors.

Yes, well-behaved dogs on a lead are welcome. However, dogs are not allowed in the Farm Shop or the indoor restaurant. Assistance dogs are welcome everywhere.

We do not sell lawnmowers or service them. However, F. Giles Garden Machinery has lawnmowers, strimmers and will service them. Contact them at 01372 720123 or fgilesmowers@gmail.com.

Online only via our website. If you cannot access the internet, book at the Information Desk (not available via tills or phone).

Circus & Grotto: Arrive 20–30 minutes early.
Other events: Arrive 10 minutes early.
You must show your ticket (printed or digital) at entry.

Yes, wheelchair access is available. For Circus tickets, you will be required to purchase an alternative ticket type for wheelchair access.
Buggy storage is provided (left at owner's risk).

If cancelled due to weather or external factors, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a refund (valid within 28 days).
You must contact us for refunds if your event is cancelled.

- Local delivery (within our catchment area)
- Courier services (small & large items)
- Furniture & BBQs are delivered via Palletline (outside our local catchment area with a £50 fee) or our 2-man delivery team

- Ensure access through paths or gates is at least 80cm wide
- Check if your home has doorways wider than 70cm
- If using a driveway, ensure it has 8 feet of clearance

Cancelling within 48 hours of your delivery date incurs a restocking fee.
Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a new
delivery charge.

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
The item must be in resalable condition, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Yes! Online purchases can be returned by post or in-store.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damage or errors on our part.

We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide further instructions.

Yes. We have a range of animals from fish, chameleons and tortoises.

Yes! Well-behaved pets on a lead are welcome in most areas.
Pets are not allowed in the Farm Shop or indoor restaurant.
You have full responsibility for cleaning up after your pet.

Gift Wrapping Services are only available towards the end of November and throughout the month of December (before Christmas)

Pet & Aquatic Centre.
Not Allowed: Butchers, Farm Shop, inside Restaurant.
Dogs can sit with you on the outdoor restaurant terrace with sheltered seating.
