What are your opening times
The store is open from 9am - 5pm Monday to Saturday and 9.30am-4.00pm on Sunday. Due to the Sunday trading laws the Tills are not open until 10.00am on Sunday. Please note that these times have been updated due to COVID-19
How do I find you
We are situated on the A243. Approximately 2 miles from Junction 9 on the M25 or 2 miles from the Hook Junction of the A3.
What car parking facilities do you have
We have several large car parks with designated disabled and family spaces adjacent to the main building.
What are your restaurant opening hours
Our restaurant is open 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Saturday and 9.30am – 4.00pm on Sunday. Breakfast is served from 9.00am - 11.15am (Sundays - 9.30am - 11.15am). Hot meals are available 12.00pm – 3.15pm daily.
Do you have wheelchairs available for customer use
Yes. They are available from the reception area. Please ask at the Information Desk for more details.
Are Dogs allowed in-store?
At this current time during COVID-19 we are unable to allow dogs. We will inform customers when we are able to allow dogs back into the Garden Centre
Do you sell or accept Gift Vouchers
We sell and accept the National Garden Gift Vouchers (NGGV). We can now accept the NGGV Gift Card. But are unable to sell them at the moment. We also sell and accept our own Chessington Garden Gift Cards which can be purchased on site.
Is there a guarantee on the plants you sell
Our hardy plants are guaranteed for a year. As long as you keep your detailed receipt we will be able to replace any plant that has failed as long as that plant has received the proper care. We do not guarantee bedding or houseplants.
Do you offer a garden design service
Unfortunately our Garden Design Service is no longer operational and are no longer taking any new bookings. If you are a current customer of ours and have any concerns then please contact email@example.com
Do you sell or service lawn mowers
Yes we do sell lawnmowers however do not offer a service. We do, however, have a company called F.Giles on site who can cater for your every need in the maintenance and sales of garden machinery. They are situated in our Bedding House. They can be contacted directly by phoning 01372 720123 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I join your Loyalty Club
You can join by following the Loyalty Club link on the home page of our web site and filling out the application form or at the checkout in store.
How do I go about applying for a job at Chessington Garden Centre
All our vacancies are advertised on the web site. If you follow the Employment Opportunities link on the home page of the web site you will find the details of the vacancies listed. Fill out the attached application form and select submit. It’s as easy as that. We look forward to hearing from you.
