Every detail has been thoughtfully created to encourage children to play with confidence, imagine without limits and explore at their own pace; become a firefighter, doctor, a shopkeeper or even a stage superstar. Here, everyday moments become extraordinary adventures as young minds discover, create and dream.

FAQs

Can I leave my child unaccompanied?

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult carer, who must remain within Chester’s Play Town at all times. Carers have full responsibility for children in their care for the duration of their visit.

Can I pay on the door?

Walk ins are welcome however we recommend you pre-book for every person in your group as we may not be able to admit additional people if the capacity has been reached.

When do I arrive for my session?

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session starts. We will be resetting everything and cleaning between sessions and will not permit entry until the session start time.

How long is my session?

Each session lasts 90 minutes, the last 5 minutes of which is “tidy up time” where we kindly ask your assistance to help put things back to their role-play section.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you wish to change a booked session, please contact us at least 24 hours before your session and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Are food and drink allowed?

Food and drink is not permitted in the role-play area and food and drink not purchased on the premises may not be consumed in Chester’s Play Town (excludes baby food).
