If you live within our local delivery area, your order will be delivered by our in-house team.

For online orders, our logistics team will normally contact you within 24 hours to arrange delivery (longer during peak periods).

UK Delivery Options

Delivery options are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order.

DPD Standard Delivery – £4.95
For small items only. Larger or heavier products such as compost or furniture are not eligible.

Kerbside Pallet Delivery – £50
For large items including furniture, compost and barbecues. Your local depot will contact you (usually within 2 working days) to arrange delivery. Goods are delivered kerbside on a pallet.

Local Two-Person Delivery
Available within our catchment area.
Delivered Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm by a two-person team. Pricing shown at checkout.

2-Man Furniture Delivery – £50
For furniture, barbecues and larger items. Where access allows, items will be placed in your chosen location. Non-furniture orders will default to pallet delivery.

Delivery Access Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery:

• Large items may require home assembly
• Access paths or gates should be at least 80cm (30") wide
• Doorways should be at least 70cm (28") wide if access through the home is required
• Please inform us of steps, narrow access, gates or uneven surfaces
  

Our drivers will place items as close as possible to your requested location where safe access allows.
