Our Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, Chessington Garden Centre will exchange or refund your goods if returned to us

• Within 30 days
• In good condition
• With an itemised proof of purchase

We reserve the right to make a reduction in the refund if the value of the item has been reduced as a result of excessive handling or treatment before the return of the item.

Exemptions

We are unable to accept livestock, HTA vouchers, special orders, goods made to your own specification or sale items for return or exchange. Tickets for events are also non-refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Plant Guarantee

Due to our policy of buying first-class plants & shrubs from reputable growers & nurseries, we have no hesitation in guaranteeing our hardy plants for a period of 2 year from the date of purchase, providing it has received the appropriate care. Should a plant fail, it should be returned to us with both the label and an itemised proof of purchase.
